Really happy today
It really takes time to develop an optimally functioning team.
When u're there, u know nothing can beat you coz u're not alone, u are representing a strong team!
Was the most challenging day in my study life
A day full of challenges
But there wasnt a single moment that i felt like giving up
however screwed we were, we were trying our best, to be at the place we wanted to be
I tried hard! I didnt want to give up at all
Yes, i didnt do very well, but i did fairly well because i no longer fear failure for having ppl backing me up
=)
I am a different person now!
Never fear challenges! Head's up and we shall face tomorrow together, again, like we did today.

woke up early to push the bin out
was recycle bin this time
jz dont underestimate the power of recycling!
it was a FULL bin after a month!

努力拼命想要改变什么,却发现或许再努力几万倍也不过如此
当然,这不会阻止我做一番“垂死挣扎”

Lights Night 2016

Had a chance to tour the once famous lace factory which is now a theatre.
It was a free guided tour and i was lucky to see what's happening at the backstage as the rehearsal was going on.
An actor changing in the room, actresses making up and dressing up, how the props are made, lightings, sound effect
There are lots of theatres around.
Never comprehend arts but after this visit, i thought i should at least watch a musical or sth. All actors and actresses here are performing on voluntary basis!

- most of the times, it is a combination of all.
- As we are getting more electronic-dependent, moving towards low contact system

- usual system is to stand at the right side of escalator, leaving walking on the left
- research and study indicate that the best efficient solution is to get ppl stand at the both sides
- implementation is just tooo difficult. ppl stand at the middle, ppl who usually walk complain for a change of behaviour,..........
conclusion: Even a slight change can be difficult for human behaviour varies enormously and human do not favour change in nature.

- I can either satisfy or dissatisfy them on each moment of truth.
Customer satisfaction = comparison of perception with expectations
Service recovery is satisfying a previously dissatisfied customer and making them loyal customers.
