u must hv realised the calmness in u
when everything resort to jz breathing in and out
yea.....wat's so difficult abt ur problems ?
they r jz nth compare to the breathing which sustains ur life
think twice next time when u're worried, sad or scared
they r jz nth!

glad tat i joined n learnt with u all for the past 11 sessions
hope i can b a better person after this=)
gonna miss those days
tat i actualli complaint a lot!
but when i think back now, i'm grateful!

对我而言
人与人之间不就是尊重和互补！
尊重对方的选折
就算不是你的选折
可以不支持，但没资格赋予不屑的眼光
互补， 因为每个人都有不同的性格
不去触及不该触碰的情绪

如果对方是胆小鬼，那你就大胆点
感情建立起来不容易
感情就跟信任一样
丢了就更难重新建立了

Last Day of My 1st Degree Year

had a meeting with my personal tutor 2day
he said he still can remember the time when he 1st met me
seems like jz happened yesterday
now, completed 25% of the course
discussed abt the August plan!=)
yeah!!!

N, yea....heavy workload now
lectures ended
waiting for exam
n rushing assignments for deadlines!!!

ladies n gentlemen,
my lecturer said YES to my application to b his helper for his research!!!!
he is a wonderful lecture of mine
involving in finding anticancer cpd in plants
he collects plants from jungles
processes them
screens for anticancer property
it is seriously my honour to get involved!!!
oncology has been an area of interest of mine since i was in Form 1
now, imagine tat i got a chance to get involved in finding anticancer cpd
woohoooo....i'm in cloud nine!!!!
basically, my job is to handle the samples in the lab
using those mass spec, TLC n so on
N, he said he can bring gals into the field to collect plants!!!!
yeah!!!
i shall b the 1st volunteer!!!!

ok, control myself a bit pls!!!
despite the excitement, i shall promise myself to perform well
do not mess up in the lab!*warning myself*

so, now, go back to ur work!!
as he said, do well in the final exam 1st!
yes, sir!!!

Beyond Just knowledge

attended a workshop
feel tat i've grown up finally
was given the MDGs
was asked to think about it
involved in a case study abt the effort done by my uni here
somewhat related to the MDGs
actually tis globe could be a better place for everyone if everyone of us does a bit more
my uni really did a lot to make us understand tat every patient who comes in may b very culturally different from us
v must tailor the regimen so tat it makes sense to them
hence, solving the compliance issue
it would be really helpful if v could take every patient as a person, not jz a patient!
tis is really a conducive environment to develop my own self mentally
i was always been taught knowledge of all fields
it's only after i came here tat i start to c sth byond jz application of knowledge in daily life
i hope i could b a better person now

Seriously hope tat i could get involved in a meaningful project tis August =)

1st dispensing assessment

weird atmosphere 2day
v ate in the test!!!
hahahaha
v were like hungry ghosts like tat
it was delayed for abt 30 minutes due to technical error
n it was already passing lunch hour
they phoned to UK to fix the online system
haha...feel sorry for the UK technicians who were woken up by our phone call
so, in the meantime, we shared a tin of biscuit in the dispensary!!!
lol
damn funny
v all finished the whole tin in like less than 10 minutes
hahahahahha
BEST dispensing ever!!!
enjoy it sooo much
no stressful n tensed atmosphere due to the assessment
it was really fun
it's really meaningful to do everything seriously but in a relaxed manner
=)

microbio lab again after more than half a year
oh god....actualli had been a year!time fliess...
miss those times actualli
the time when i chose to believe myself without solid reason to believe in
the time where i ignore all those disapproving words n started my own journey
the time when i really learnt to b independent
i wont forget the excitement of my 1st time seeing bacteria colony!
